Here’s part of an identity design and opening marketing volley for The Fix Chiropractic, a walk-in adjustment center in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
A CD cover I designed for Phoenix-area band Beyond the Now (since broken up, sadly).
The metamorphic good is a mixture of ketchup, salsa, maple syrup, bbq sauce and flour. It was put into a bucket and my wife kindly stood in the mixture, stepped out, and walked away as in the illustration. I took lots of photos, and the footprints never did quite wash out of the back porch. The sky and clouds are from near Prescott, Arizona during the 2006 monsoon season.

KnightVaultLockers.com was launched on 11/05/09. The site was designed to work closely with an existing print collateral campaign.
Knight Vault’s mission is to enhance the nightlife experience for bar and nightclub clientele by allowing them to enjoy their evening without the stress of losing their personal items. Take a look at the live site at knightvaultlockers.com.
This is a site that I designed and delivered as PSD to a the FoodConnect.com development team. The FoodConnect team was looking for an update to their previous interface, to bring the site inline with modern social media driven web sites. I was brought on board to create an intuitive, appealing interface that would clearly sort and direct clicks throughout the user experience.

Social Media Interface Design
Awhile back I designed a logo and image for Chase Mitchell. After some recent success with recording more pop-oriented music, Chase and his management have decided to flesh this out with a more modern, pop appealing look.
After extensive research, I designed a logo that has a bit more flexibility than typically recommended. It is designed to have 2 uses, one as more of a symbol, and one as the fully horizontal layout typical of the genre. Both are outlined in the usage rules and both are interchangable depending on application.
Below are both uses in context. Much more from this project to come.
For comparison, here is the previous logo (also developed by me), before country music aspects were stripped from the brand.
Here’s an example of WordPress as a Content Management System, albertadragonslair.com. The blog area has been repurposed to list available products, and all other pages are fully editable. By using WordPress, I was able to avoid more bloated CMS systems and deliver this website at a much lower cost.
Here’s a logo I created for a Canadian company specializing in high quality bearded dragons and reptile supplies, Alberta Dragon’s Lair. I personally own 5 bearded dragons, so this was a fun one to do, with my own dragon Zigbot (the one I named my design business after) sitting on my desk for inspiration.

Last week I launched an all-Flash website for a high-end salon in Scottsdale, Arizona. It’s full-screen Flash, and I love how it turned out. Take a look at http://www.focalpointsalon.com.
This last weekend I married my fiance, Kelly Semke. Like any wedding, we needed invitiations, and as much as it would have made things a bit easier with all of the planning involved, I know I’d never get away without designing my own materials. Kelly and I are both very outdoorsy people, so we decided on a nice green and a rich brown to be the primary theme colors for the wedding. The invite and RSVP card were the first instance of use.

The Sammus Theory is releasing an update to last year’s album, “See It Through” this Summer. The new disk has some new songs and other good stuff, so they wanted to slightly update the cover to indicate to their fans that this disk is similar, but worth checking out again.

Here’s a site that was completed and launched nearly a year ago. It’s a custom WordPress theme built to Brilliance’s specification. It’s designed to take the same visual branding of the more formal Brilliance website and make it more of an engaging, casual-yet-professional experience.

Here’s a website I built recently, based on an existing design scheme established in SanTan Reptiles‘ marketing material. I have a personal interest in reptiles, so projects like this are always more fun.
